• The term 'Applicant' is used throughout this form and always refers to the student / artist who wishes to be considered for the Exit Art exhibition. However, teachers or parents / guardians are invited to submit applications on behalf of the student / artist.
• Before completing this application form, you should have read the Exit Art Guidelines: https://www.magnt.net.au/exitart-guidelines
• Incomplete applications and/or applications received after the closing date will not be considered.
