  • The term 'Artist' is used throughout this form and always refers to the artist who wishes to be considered for the Telstra National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Art Awards (Telstra NATSIAA).
  •  Please see the Definitions section of the Telstra NATSIAA Guidelines which define key terms in this form.

This Entry Form may be completed by the Artist or the Artist's chosen Agent. Where this Agent is an organisation or entity, the Agent must be a current Dealer Member of the Indigenous Art Code.  

Completing this form requires detailed information about the Artist/s and their Artwork, and it will take significant time to complete all required fields. 

Incomplete Entry Forms and entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

From the Guidelines, an Agent is the person the Artist has consented and selected to represent them and be the contact person in Telstra NATSIAA matters such as correspondence with MAGNT and Telstra. This may be a family or community member or an art centre, cultural centre, language centre, keeping place, or commercial gallery who supports and represents the Artist. Where this Agent is an organisation or entity, the Agent must be a current Dealer Member of the Indigenous Art Code.
